Job Title: Data Architect (MULTIPLE POSITIONS)

Location: Miami, Florida

POSTING NOTICE/NOTICE OF FILING:

Design and develop high-performing Kafka-based event streaming solutions to handle real-time data processing. Develop and maintain Angular front ends and Java REST APIs for internal applications, ensuring integration between components. Implement microservices architecture using Java Spring Boot for scalable and efficient back-end processing. Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or improve its performance. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met. Design, develop, and modify software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and consequences of design. Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation. Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications and layouts, and peripheral equipment modifications. Obtain and evaluate information on factors such as reporting formats required, costs, and security needs to determine hardware configuration.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Software Engineering, or related quantitative/analytical field; or alternatively a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Software Engineering, or related quantitative/analytical field plus five (5) years of experience in the offered position or related occupation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

In the alternative, a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Software Engineering, or related quantitative/analytical field (see below list of acceptable fields of study) AND five (5) years of experience in the offered position or related occupation.
